The founder of Inditex and owner of the investment holding company Pontegadea Amancio Ortega has purchased Banco Sabadell's headquarters in Miami for $274 million, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday.

Telefonica has been looking for a buyer for its Venezuelan subsidiary for months without success, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Friday citing financial sources and sources close to the matter.
