April 6 (Reuters) - Fon SA  FON.WA : 
    * Says that its general meeting of shareholder after a 
motion of a shareholder to decide on lowering the nominal value 
of its shares from 1.6 zloty per share to 0.8 zloty ($0.20) per 
share without changes in share capital  
    * Shareholder proposes to increase number of the company's 
shares to 95.0 million from 47.5 million
