Brief: Fon chairman of the management board resigns

Jan 12(Reuters) - Fon SA  FON.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that Robert Ogrodnik has resigned, due to 
personal reasons, from his position as chairman of the 
management board, effective immediately  
    * Its board of directors decided that vice chairman of the 
supervisory board, Damian Patrowicz, will act as temporary 
chairman of the management board from Jan 12. until April 4.
