Brief: Shareholders vote on lowering nominal value of Fon shares

April 27 (Reuters) - Fon SA  FON.WA : 
    * Its general meeting of shareholders decides on lowering 
the nominal value of the company's shares from 1.6 zloty per 
share to 0.5 zloty per share 
    * The lowered capital in the amount of 52.3 million zlotys  
($13.47 million) to be transferred to the supplementary capital 
    * After the change, the company's share capital to be at 
23.8 million zlotys
