Dec 30 (Reuters) - FON SA  FON.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that together with Damian Patrowicz, 
member of FON's supervisory board, established new unit FON 
Zarzadzanie Nieruchomosciami Sp. z o.o. 
    * FON Zarzadzanie Nieruchomosciami Sp. z o.o. will be 
engaged in real estate management  
    * FON holds 98.57 percent stake in FON Zarzadzanie 
Nieruchomosciami Sp. z o.o.
