 S.A. (the "Fund Manager"), hereby informs investors that, on 12 April 2024,
 Mr. Martin Bernstein has notified Fondul Proprietatea (the "Fund") of his

 resignation from his positions held within the Fund's Board of Nominees (the     Phone/fax number:
 "Board") and the Consultative Committees.
