 alternative investment fund manager (the "Fund Manager") of Fondul

 Following the tender offer and the daily buy backs performed under the buyback

 programme approved by the Fund's Extraordinary Shareholders' Resolution no. 1
 / 13 February 2024, the Fund has acquired and consequently holds 355,304,088

 shares (in the form of shares and GDRs) representing 9,9905% of the Fund's       Email:

 with art. 29 (4) of Law no. 243/2019 on alternative investment funds, as
