 1  The suspended voting rights related to the Fund's treasury shares acquired
under the buyback programmes, either in the form of shares and/or GDRs, were
not included for computing the exercisable voting rights.

 2  341,826,888 treasury shares were acquired by the Fund within the 15(th)
buyback programme (either in the form of shares and/or GDRs).

 3  The underlying shares for global depositary receipts issued by The Bank of
New York Mellon are registered in the name of The Bank of New York Mellon and
for the account of holders of the global depositary receipts. Fondul's GDRs
are not included for computing the exercisable voting rights. As at 30
September 2024, Fondul Proprietatea held 269,544 GDRs (13,477,200 shares
equivalent) which are reported as part of the BNY holding.
