 , the Board of Nominees ("Board / BoN") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. is pleased

 Following the passing of the deadline for expressions of interests on 4(th)

 submissions of interest from a diverse range of candidates. The BoN is able to

 disclose the following details regarding the identity of interested
 candidates:

 The deadline for candidate submissions is scheduled for 29(th) November 2024,

 assess submissions based on the selection criteria approved by Fondul

 shareholders by General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 September 2024.
