Transaction in Own Shares

and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that on 19 May 2023, it purchased ordinary shares of 0.1
pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the share buy-back
programme announced on 18 May 2023. This completes the share buy-back
programme announced on 18 May 2023.

Date of purchase: 19 May 2023

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased:13,611

Highest price paid per Ordinary Share: 199 pence

Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 199 pence

Volume weighted average price paid per Ordinary Share: 199 pence

Following the above transactions and subsequent cancellation, the Company
advises that its issued share capital is 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares, with
250,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting
rights of the Company are 99,750,000.
