Publication of Initial Enforcement Order: 2Agriculture/ForFarmers' Burston and
Radstock feed mills

On 1 August 2024, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section
72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the acquisition by 2
Agriculture Limited of ForFarmers UK Limited's Burston and Radstock feed
mills.

Authority's web site at 12pm.
