    * said on Saturday it bought Pamexpol A.&S. Pargiela, A. 
Maczynski S.J. for 8,600 zlotys 
    * said acquisition is in line with company's consolidation 
plans and business profile change from retail to engineering and 
production 
    * said that Pamexpol A.&S. Pargiela, A. Maczynski S.J. will 
be integrated with the capital group under the name Pamexpol Sp. 
z o.o. 
    * said that Pamexpol brand will continue to operate
