    China approves Geely acquisition of Ford España

           BEIJING, Oct 12 (Reuters) - China's market regulator
has unconditionally approved Geely's  0175.HK  acquisition of
Ford Motor's  F.N  Spanish subsidiary Ford España, it said on
Monday.
