** Shares in Turkish car maker Ford Otosan  FROTO.IS  rise
5.4% on media reports that preliminary work to set up a new
plant for Volkswagen Transporter van co-production has started 
    ** Sabah newspaper reported that a city of Kocaeli was
chosen to produce Volkswagen Transporter van as part of a joint
venture between Ford Motor Company and Volkswagen  VOWG_p.DE  https://bit.ly/3dHkAkg
    ** Turkey has been chosen for an investment of 800 million
euros, Sabah quoted Kocaeli Chamber of Industry Chairman Ayhan
Zeytinoglu as saying
    ** Credit Suisse says chances of Ford Otosan producing VW
vans are already high
    ** The stock is among top performers on Turkey's blue chip
