Notice of Results

FGEN, a leading listed investment company with a diversified portfolio of
environmental infrastructure assets across the UK and mainland Europe, will
publish its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2025, on Tuesday 24
June 2025.

Analyst Briefing

Chris Tanner, Edward Mountney and Charlie Wright, Investment Managers to FGEN,
will host a presentation with Q&A for equity analysts at 10:00 a.m. (UK
time) on Tuesday 24 June 2025.

The results and presentation materials will be posted on the Company's
