Cancellation of treasury shares
 
Foresight Solar, the fund investing in solar and battery storage assets to generate income and deliver long-term growth, announces that following a Board meeting on 10 August 2026, the Company has cancelled 64,887,923 ordinary shares previously held in treasury.
 
Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital comprises 545,070,797 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 545,070,797.
 
The Board will continue to deploy the Company's share buyback programme as appropriate. More than £56 million of the £60 million programme has been deployed to date, delivering a cumulative NAV uplift of 3.4 pence per share to 30 June 2026.
