The Company announces that Alex Ohlsson, Chair and Non-executive Director of
the Company, and Chris Ambler, Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive
Director of the Company, both being persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR"), have, on 10 August 2023, acquired the following
Ordinary Shares in the Company:
