 Issue of Supplementary Prospectus 
 
 The board of Foresight VCT plc ("the Company") announces that it has
published a supplementary prospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating
to the offer for subscription for new ordinary shares of 1p each in the
capital of the Company to raise up to £30 million ("Offer"). 
 
 The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of Foresight VCT plc's
annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, information
from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus. 
 
 A Copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial
Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection on both the
Foresight Group LLP website ( www.foresightgroup.eu ) as well as the National
Storage Mechanism, ( www.morningstar.co.uk ).
