The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 18 January 2016 (the "Offer"), the Offer for Ordinary shares of 1p each has now exceeded the original maximum amount of 30 million.
 
As previously announced during August 2016, the Offer was extended until 31 December 2016 and the Board has elected to implement its over-allotment facility (of up to 10 million) to accommodate excess demand until the Offer closes.
 
A copy of the Prospectus published on 18 January 2016 and Supplementary Prospectus published on 5 May 2016 is available until the Offer closes on both the Promoter's website (www.foresightgroup.eu) as well as at the National Storage Mechanism (www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm).
