    * Reports full year net income of 1.4 billion CFA francs 
($2.27 million) versus 2.4 billion CFA francs a year ago 
    * Full year revenue is 33.74 billion CFA francs versus 36.97 
billion CFA francs a year ago 
    * Proposes full year dividend of 3,300 CFA francs per share,
