Update on Prospecting Activity at Peak Hill Gold - Copper Project

and

New Investor Relations Website

Forgent plc (AIM: FORG), the technology-led energy transition and natural
resources platform, notes that it has been informed by the current operator of
the Peak Hill gold - copper project (the "Project"), over which the Company
holds an option, of a recent and notable increase in third-party prospecting
activity across the license area.

The operator has advised that it has received a significant number of Section
40E notifications relating to prospecting activity over the Project area.
These notifications, submitted by individual prospectors, provide formal
authorisation for prospecting access and are typically observed in areas
considered prospective for nugget-style gold mineralisation.

While these notifications do not constitute geological data or formal
exploration results, the Company notes that such activity is generally
concentrated in areas where prospectors believe there to be favourable
conditions for gold discovery. The increase in notifications is therefore
considered by the operator to reflect heightened third-party interest in the
Project.

Forgent will continue to monitor developments at Peak Hill and engage with the
operator as part of its ongoing technical and commercial assessment of the
asset under option.

New investor relations website

 

Following the Company's change of name, notified on 25 February 2026,
Forgent's investor relations portal has been rebranded with effect from today.
The new website, www.forgentplc.com (http://www.forgentplc.com) , contains
information on Forgent and disclosures pursuant to Rule 26 of the AIM Rules
for Companies.
