Results of Annual General Meeting

 

 

Fortis Frontier PLC (AIM: FORF), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell (formerly
MyHealthChecked PLC), announces that at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of
the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to the Company's
shareholders were duly passed.
