** Fortive forecasts 2025 adj. profit at $2.63 to $2.67 per share vs. prior forecast of $2.50 to $2.60 per share

** Co beat quarterly profit and revenue, aided by rising adoption of its automation software across industries

** FTV posts Q3 adj. profit of 68 cents vs Wall Street estimates of 57 cents, according to data compiled by LSEG

     ** It reports quarterly revenue of $1.03 bln as compared to estimate of $1.01 bln

** As of last close, shares down 13% YTD
