Silver miners climb on softer dollar, likely rate hike pause

** Silver miners rise tracking higher prices of the metal
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 1.9% at $23.8/oz on weaker dollar,
which lifts the appeal of safe haven assets, and the expectation
of a pause in rate hikes  GOL/ 
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  up 3.04% and
8.79%, respectively
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , First
Majestic Silver  FR.TO , MAG Silver  MAG.TO  and Fortuna Silver
Mines  FVI.TO  gain between 1.95% and 5.44%
