Silver miners fall after dollar, yields gain

** Silver miners fall on lower prices of the precious metal 
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  down 1.1% as U.S. dollar and Treasury
yields rise after U.S. consumer data comes out
higher-than-expected and raises worries that the Federal Reserve
could keep rates higher for some time  GOL/ 
    ** Coeur Mining  CDE.N  down 4.3% 
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , MAG
Silver  MAG.TO , Fortuna Silver Mines  FVI.TO  and First
Majestic Silver  FR.TO  down between 1.7% and 4.2%
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  down 6.2% after reporting an 8% fall
sequentially in Q3 silver production
