Silver miners gain as data boosts chances of rate hike pause

** Silver miners rise, tracking higher prices of the metal,
which is at highest since Sept. 4
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 2.3% at $23.98/oz after U.S.
jobless claims data firmed expectations of Federal Reserve rate
hike halt  GOL/ 
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  up 5.31% and
7.55%, respectively
    ** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals  WPM.TO , First
Majestic Silver  FR.TO , MAG Silver  MAG.TO  and Fortuna Silver
Mines  FVI.TO  climb between 3.66% and 6.07%
