** Shares of silver miners rise tracking higher metal prices
which hover near highest levels in a month
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  up 2.7% at $23.64/oz after fears of
escalation of conflict in Middle East boosts appeal of
safe-haven assets  GOL/ 
    ** Hecla Mining  HL.N  and Coeur Mining  CDE.N  up 2.23% and
3.67%, respectively
    ** Shares of Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals
 WPM.TO , Fortuna Silver Mines  FVI.TO  and First Majestic
Silver  FR.TO  rise 1.70-2.32%
