Silver miners rise on safe-haven flow after banking trouble

** Silver miners gain, tracking a rise in prices of the precious metal
    ** Spot silver  XAG=  gains 2%, up about 8% during the week, as precious
metals rally on safe-haven flows following uncertainty in the banking sector
after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank 
    ** U.S. miner Hecla Mining Co  HL.N  gains 0.7%
    ** Canadian miners Fortuna Silver Mines Inc  FVI.TO , MAG Silver Corp
 MAG.TO , First Majestic Silver Corp  FR.TO , Wheaton Precious Metals Corp
 WPM.TO  and Pan American Silver Corp  PAAS.TO  rise between 1.1%-2.6% 
    ** ETFs: ProShares Ultra Silver  AGQ.P  rise 4.1%, iShares Silver Trust
 SLV.P  gains 2.1% and abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF  SIVR.P  up 1.9%
