Brief: Stellantis, Michelin, Forvia Hydrogen JV Symbio Approves Restructuring

Dec 3 (Reuters) - Forvia FRVIA.PA, Michelin MICP.PA and Stellantis STLAM.MI reached an agreement over the restructuring and refinancing of their hydrogen fuel cell venture Symbio, the jointly owned company said on Wednesday.

Symbio will maintain 175 jobs as the organization is adapted to a new smaller scope, following Stellantis' withdrawal as a customer for all its hydrogen-related activities.
