Forward air rises after aborting merger agreement with Omni Newco

shares rise 14.26% to $83.40 premarket
    ** Co terminates merger agreement with privately-owned Omni
Newco 
    ** Co believes that Omni Newco has not complied with certain
obligations under Sections 7.03 and 7.14 of the Merger Agreement
    ** FWRD believes the closing condition contained in Section
8.02(b) of the Merger Agreement will not be satisfied
    ** YTD, FWRD down 30.30%
