** Shares of Forward Air Corp  FWRD.O  up 1.6% at $33.91
    ** Freight forwarding company says it has initiated a
comprehensive review of strategic options, including a merger or
a sale of the company
    ** The move comes nearly five months after activist investor
Ancora Holdings reportedly urged FWRD to consider a sale
    ** Two of eight brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
while six rate it as "hold"; with a median PT of $34, according
to data compiled by LSEG
    ** Stock lost about 50% in 2024; including sessions move,
shares up ~6% YTD
