** Freight forwarding company Forward Air's  FWRD.O  shares
rise ~3% to $32 premarket 
    ** Reuters exclusively reported that Ancora Holdings had
pushed FRWD to launch a strategic review and consider a sale 
    ** Ancora holds a 4% stake in FRWD
    ** YTD, FRWD down ~50.6% as of last close
