** Shares of FOS Capital  FOS.AX  soar as much as 28.2% to
A$0.250, posting their biggest intraday pct gain ever 
    ** Lightning solutions provider says FY21 sales increased

    ** Co says order book for FY21 is at a record high, with
current orders on hand of A$3.8 mln ($2.84 mln), up 164% from
same time last year
    ** Says cash position as of June 30 was A$3 mln
    ** Stock hits its highest since January 2006
    ** Nearly 783,100 shares change hands vs the 30-day average
volume of ~296,900 shares
