** Shares of FOS Capital  FOS.AX  rise as much as 7% to
A$0.230, their highest level since Feb. 22
    ** The distributor of commercial and architectural lighting
hikes FY24 sales outlook to A$22 million ($14.25 million) - A$23
million, co reported A$17.1 million in FY23
    ** Co raises FY24 NPAT (net profit after tax) outlook to
A$0.7 million to A$1.1 million, co reported A$0.54 million in
FY23
    ** Stock on track for its best day since April 3
    ** Stock has fallen 10.4% this year as of last close
