Wall Street's main indexes rose on Thursday, boosted by a strong quarterly update from TSMC that reinforced investor optimism around AI and extended a rally in chip stocks. .N

At  11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.03% at 46,266.02. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.14% at 6,680.67, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.40% at 22,761.46.
