March 9 (Reuters) - FP Newspapers Inc  FP.TO : 
 * Reports fourth quarter 2015 results 
 * Q4 revenue fell 11.7 percent to C$23.1 million 
 * Says print circulation revenues for the fourth quarter were virtually 
   unchanged compared to 2014 
 * Due to continued declines in revenue and earnings, FPLP recorded an 
   impairment charge relating to its goodwill of $16.0 million in quarter 
 * FPLP's print advertising revenues are expected to continue to face challenges 
   in 2016 due to continued shifts in spending by advertisers 
 * Says print advertising revenues for the first two months of 2016 were 
   approximately 10.0% lower than the previous year 
 * Qtrly loss per share $0.993
