The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq were on track to open slightly higher on Tuesday, as
cautious investors awaited the day's Big Tech earnings and labor numbers and
hoped for clues on the timing of interest-rate cuts in this week's U.S. policy
decision.  .N 
    
    At 9:01 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.10% at 40,732. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.18% at 5,512.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.31%
at 19,268.75.
