record high as comments from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell
bolsters case for a September rate cut  GOL/ 
    ** Top gold miner Newmont  NEM.N  up 1.5%, while Barrick
Gold  ABX.TO  up 2.2% after reporting uptick in Q2 production
    ** U.S.-listed shares of South African miners AngloGold
Ashanti  AU.N , Sibanye Stillwater  SBSW.N , Gold Fields  GFI.N 
and Harmony Gold Mining  HMY.N  up between 1.6% and 10.3%
    ** Canadian miners Franco-Nevada  FNV.TO , Kinross Gold
 K.TO  and Agnico Eagle  AEM.TO  gain between 1.1% and 1.6%
