    * 2015: revenue grows 12 pct to 191.1 million euros ($217.20 
million) and EBITDA increases 16 pct to 26.8 million euros 
    * Plans further growth in revenue and EBITDA in 2016

    * Management board and supervisory board propose tax-free 
dividend of 12 euro cents per share 
    * FY 2015 consolidated net income amounted to 3.7 million
