Franklin Covey jumps on upbeat Q3 sales, earnings forecast raise

** Shares of Franklin Covey Co  FC.N  jump 19.5% to $45.46
in afternoon trade, hitting an over two-month high
    ** FC's Q3 sales rise 13% to $66.2 mln, beating Refinitiv
IBES estimates of $64.4 mln
    ** Co late on Wednesday increased its fiscal 2022 adjusted
EBITDA forecast to between $40 mln and $41.5 mln from $38 mln to

    ** FC, which offers courses and consulting services for
organizations, said it saw a boost from strong subscriptions
    ** Sales were also helped by increased consulting, coaching,
and training days delivered during the quarter - FC
    ** FC is set to log its biggest monthly gain since August
2021; shares had posted losses in the past four consecutive
months
    ** Stock down 1.9% YTD
