** Sports goods retailer receives takeover offer from Britain's Frasers Group FRAS.L at A$0.65 per share, equal to the closing price on June 12, with no premium being offered 
** Co recommends shareholders take no action on the offer
** Around 6 million shares traded so far, nearly 2x 30-day average
** AX1 down about 21% YTD
