-  The world's largest bank JP Morgan Chase JPM.N has announced plans to build a 3 million sq ft tower in Canary Wharf to serve as its principal UK office, a day after banks escaped higher taxes in the budget.

- British fast-fashion retailer Boohoo DEBS.L shareholders have been sidelined from voting on a proposed £150 million ($198.51 million) share payout for its chief executive in a move that will further inflame tensions with its biggest investor, Mike Ashley's Frasers Group FRAS.L.
