The Company has received notification from Sports Direct International PLC of its acquisition of a major interest in the shares of the Company. Copies of the details notified are attached to this announcement. 
Findel also takes this opportunity to announce that since completing the strategic review of its sports retailing business, Kitbag, the Company has subsequently received an approach for the business from a third party and has agreed terms subject to contract. However, there can be no certainty that a deal will be reached.
