Requisition of General Meeting
The Company announces that Sports Direct International plc, in exercise of its right under section 303 of the Companies Act 2006 ("the Act") as a shareholder holding 5 per cent or more of the issued share capital of the Company, has required that the Company convene a general meeting to consider a resolution to appoint Benjamin William Gardener a director of the Company.
The Board will write to shareholders in due course to convene the general meeting and, as required, to set out the Board's views and recommendation.
