Frasers Group PLC (the "Company") was informed on 7 August 2023 by MASH
Holdings Limited ("MASH"), a company through which Michael Ashley holds shares
in the Company, that MASH sold share settled put options over 200,000 shares
equivalent with a strike price of £8.20 and expiry of December 2023.

Amended from previous version which incorrectly stated the nature of the
