Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Frasers Group PLC (the "Company") was informed on 5 July 2023 by Michael
Ashley (a PDMR) that put options sold by Mr Ashley over 31,000 shares in the
Company with a strike price of £8.00 and an expiry of September 2023 had been
exercised and were settled through derivatives (spread bet) equivalent to
31,000 shares in the Company.

The Company was also informed on 5 July 2023 by MASH Holdings Limited
("MASH"), a company through which Michael Ashley holds shares in the Company,
that put options sold by MASH over 69,000 shares in the Company with a strike
price of £8.00 and an expiry of September 2023 had been exercised.
