Transaction in Own Shares
Frasers Group announces that on 2 June 2023, it purchased 117,197 of its
ordinary shares from Liberum Capital Limited (acting as the Company's broker)
at an average price of 698.87 pence per share, as part of the Company's
buyback programme announced on 30 May 2023. The purchased shares will all be
held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 173,703,621 ordinary shares as
treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding
shares held as treasury shares) is 466,898,748.
