Secured appoints new Chairman

Secured is pleased to announce the appointment of John Townsend BSc FRICS who
joined the Board and was appointed Chairman on 1 October 2015. 

From 2011 until his retirement at the end of 2014, John  worked at CBRE where
he had been Executive Director and Head of Auctions  since 2011.

Prior to that  from 1996 to 2011 ,John was Head of the Auction Department at
Cushman Wakefield (formerly Healey & Baker ) where he was also appointed a
partner in 1997  

Roger Shane  (Interim Chairman) commented:
