                                 Board Changes                                 
                                                                               

The Company has three board changes to announce.

On 31st July 2015 David Duffield retired from his position as Chairman of the
Company.

The Company has benefited from his wise counsel over the years and particularly
from  his guidance and advice in connection with the RBS Swap Claim.

On 15th July 2015 Roger Shane, director was appointed to succeed David Duffield
and serve as Interim Chairman pending the appointment of a new Chairman.

On 29th July 2015 George Green retired as a director of the Company.

George has been one of the longest serving directors. The Board has benefitted
from his commitment and service to the company over the years.
