Sports Direct International plc (the "Company") was informed on 26 July 2016 that Claire Jenkins (a Non-Executive Director of the Company) had sold 16,971 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company and repurchased the same number of shares through an ISA account. There has been no change to Claire Jenkins' total beneficial holding of 21,725 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company as a result of these transactions.
